stand where the song was made. hear it there.

muevono maps the music that happened where you're standing — the studios, the stages, the front doors, the corners bands are named after. Walk a trail and the story arrives in your ears at the spot it belongs to.

the app

the map knows what happened here.

Open muevono anywhere and the pins fill in around you. Every pin is a place something happened — not a genre, not a playlist, a place.

music trails

Five to eight stops you can walk in about half an hour. London opens with the 60s sound, britpop and cool britannia, and the west end musicals.

it plays properly

Connect Spotify and you get the full track. No Premium, no problem — everyone gets 30-second previews, so the trail still works.

drive mode

On the motorway instead. muevono queues music from the places you're passing through, and it runs on CarPlay and Android Auto.

studios and stages

The rooms records were made in, the venues bands broke in, the addresses they lived at. Each one links to the artists it belongs to.

badges worth having

Finish a trail and the badge lands in the app. Some are real — enamel pins you collect from partner shops by turning up.

checked by people

Every trail has been walked. Every entry carries a confidence score, and the thin ones don't reach you.

london manchester nashville detroit and everywhere else

Each city carries its own colour. Every pin in London is plum, every pin in Manchester is rain-slate — chosen by a person, one city at a time.

music trails

the story stops the music, then hands it back.

This is the bit that makes it a trail and not a list. You walk, the music plays, and when you reach a stop it steps aside for the story.

you arrive, it notices.

Cross into a stop and the music fades down, the narration tells you what happened on this pavement, and the track picks back up where it left off. No buttons, unless you'd rather tap — that's a setting.

Each stop plays its story once. Replay it whenever you like, but it won't nag you on the way past a second time.

for organisers

we build festival apps that people actually open.

The same engine runs a second thing: white-label apps for community-driven music festivals, in your name, in both stores. We power ChoirBLAST, the UK's only festival of choirs.

  1. 01 a native app, branded as yours iOS and Android, in the App Store and Play Store under your festival's name.
  2. 02 a schedule that updates live Change a set time at 9am and it's on every phone by 9:01. No app-store release, no waiting on review.
  3. 03 a map that works with no signal Stages, food, toilets, water, first aid. Cached on arrival, so a dead field doesn't matter.
  4. 04 favourites and a personal schedule People pick the acts they care about and get a nudge before each one starts.
  5. 05 push that knows the stage "Doors open in 10 minutes at The Field" — sent to the people it's relevant to.
  6. 06 an analytics dashboard, and a report after Footfall by stage, peak hours, push effectiveness, donation taps. Numbers you can build a sponsor pack around.

how we work

curated by people who went there.

every trail is walked

Before a trail goes live someone has walked it end to end, checked the route works, and confirmed the stops are where we say they are.

human taste, not volume

Anything can generate a list of nearby venues. The judgement about which stories are worth stopping for is the product.

built with partners

Tourism boards, venues, labels and festivals. When we co-write a trail it's narrated in our voice, not wrapped around a logo.

get the app

Free to download. Start with a trail near you, and unlock a city pack when you want the rest.

run a festival

If you're tired of generic event apps that nobody opens, we should talk. One annual fee, no per-attendee charges, no ads.
